I am writing this teary-eyed as I sit in the Atlanta airport 5 hours away from being back home. To say my heart is exploding is an understatement. My heart is aching to cling to what's gone, yet ready for what God has next. I wanted to take a moment to celebrate and lift up each soul on gap I and give the slightest glimpse into what community with them has taught me.

I learned more of who Christ was through :

savannah's loyal, contrite, & curious heart

Delaney's fearless faith, fire, & fervor for God

caroline's influence & ability to make a whole room listen

Harlie's security in the truth of God's word and confidence in His foundation

grace harang's simple obedience that leads to consistent breakthrough

Dawson's testimony and commitment to never go back to life without Christ

caedman's pursuit of gentleness

Zach's Zeal for the Lord & obedience as a son

Colin's motivation & passion to know God personally

Kirby's steadfastness, steadiness, & slowness

Amy's knowledge of Christ's diversity & desire to bring the kingdom to earth

Kalyssa's radiant JOY that never wavers even when circumstances do

Amelia's consistency in Christ for who He is not what He can give her

Abby's eyes of wonder & marvel at her creator

Mackenzie's authentic & genuine kindness to everyone

Abby Clapp's grounded & confident heart that draws every soul in

Adalie's confidence, influence & voice of an angel

Grace Smith's heart of authentic trust in her heavenly father

Kaili's impartiality & hugs which make you feel seen & known

Kayli's heart of poetry & eyes to see the world in vibrant uniqueness

Cassie's missional dreams & confidence Christ will do big things through her

Abisha's heart for the least of these

Evelyn's heart of integrity & strength

Libby's newfound confidence in how Christ made her

Ally Krick's heart of loyalty and purity

Avery's grit, perseverance, & radiance

Lucy's ability to make a room light up & her heart to celebrate others

Carter's unwavering security in God's goodness

Caden's comedic joy that can make anyone laugh

Hayden's heart for adventure which I believe is a mirror of Christ's heart

Jordan's consistency and reverence for Christ

Gus's mystery that draws others in & brews curiosity to see Jesus as He does

Isabel's selflessness in surrender & heart to bring others with her toward Jesus

Jason's joy and space of safety he creates

Gretchy's soul that is a taste of heaven

These are just a few ways I have seen God's heart and character written all over the souls of gap i. I am forever grateful for the community that has changed my life for the better. We broke bread, cried, edified, danced, rejoiced, & persevered together. God brought us together to unify around Him and walk us through an experience we only could have done by helping hold each other's hearts. I truly can say with confidence that our squad would not be the community it is without the uniqueness of each person God knitted together. Forever thankful for a taste and glimpse of what the Acts 2 church looks like and 9 months of heaven on earth.

As always, all my love gap i

Emily !!
